Shortlists Rabo Photographic Portrait Prize and Talent 2019 announced
Five photographers are shortlisted for the Rabo Photographic Portrait Prize 2019: Charlie de Keersmaecker, Robin de Puy, Barrie Hullegie, Frank Ruiter and Bastiaan Woudt.
